‘The Choice’ Production Dates, Director Announced
Confirming our story from back in July, a second Nicholas Sparks novel adaptation will be filmed in North Carolina this year, following The Longest Ride earlier this summer, as a director has been named and production dates announced for The Choice. The film adaptation of Sparks’ novel The Choice will also be shot in Wilmington and Wrighsville Beach, North Carolina, with production to begin on October 13 and run for 30 days.

Production is currently underway on the Nicholas Sparks novel adaptation The Longest Ride in Wilmington, North Carolina, and it looks like yet another Sparks book-to-movie project will also shoot in Wilmington before the end of this year. The Port City Daily reports that the film adaptation of Sparks’ novel The Choice will also be shot in Wilmington, with production to begin in mid-to-late September.
