The annual Halloween International Film Festival will return to Kill Devil Hills, October 3-5, 2019, presented by Halloween Daily News and OBX Entertainment. The Submission Period opened on Monday, Dec. 10, 2018, accepting independent films from around the world for consideration to be selected for screening at the 2019 festival, exclusively through FilmFreeway. The Final Deadline for all submissions is June 30.
