Keep It Rolling is a brand new short documentary about the North Carolina film incentive program, released online last week, just as the state’s Legislature considers whether or not to extend the current sunset beyond the end of this year, when the incentives are scheduled to stop, causing productions to stop considering this state as a viable location to shoot their projects.
