Filmed in and around the Charlotte, North Carolina area, Showtime’s hit drama Homeland returns tonight with the highly anticipated Season 3 premiere, perfectly timed just one week after Claire Danes took home this year’s Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series last Sunday.

The hit series was recently nominated for 11 Emmys this year, including Outstanding Drama, and Outstanding Lead Actor, Lead Actress, Supporting Actor, and Supporting Actress for Lewis, Danes, Patinkin, and Baccarin, respectively.
Homeland Season 3 premieres on Showtime on Sunday, Sept. 29 at 9pm.
